大家好 – 我是Yuki

在我还在新加坡做夜班的时候 因为是易胖体质 所以做夜班没多久就渐渐越来越胖 身边的人也问我为什么突然这么胖了？当我发现的时候 体重已经飙到61kg了 看到眼前的自己 非常卑微 非常的难过 一直想尽办法要瘦下来可是没办法瘦下来
